Bravais chooses the site around the power, securing renewable capacity and interconnect ahead of the demand that will need it — contracted at approximately $0.065 per kWh, with historic uptime above 99.6%, a target PUE of 1.25, and a 100% renewable supply target.
Bravais NeoCloud owns and operates the hardware and sells compute as a service — air-gapped, SCIF-ready capacity run by cleared personnel on dedicated iron. The first project is in the pipeline with Hydra Host and VoltScape: strategic partners who operate more than 60,000 GPUs and deployed over $300M of hardware last year. Capacity, structure and terms are shared under NDA.
